This article by Katie Walsh and Marianna Papadakis, which quotes Amy Challans (among others) and which appeared in the Australian Financial Review on 1 May 2015 concerns the “feminisation” of the legal profession and inescapable references to gender, citing Gordon J as an example on her welcome to the High Court and the references on that occasion to her being a woman and the wife of Hayne J, who she replaced on the High Court.
