JUDGES’ GENDER BIASES REVEALED

According to this article by Samantha Woodhill which appeared in the Australasian Lawyer on 24 June 2015, researchers at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas have found that male judges tend to be more chivalrous and lenient towards female litigants than female judges are.
